How do I start a return?
Please send an email to Indigo29CS@gmail.com with your order number and which item(s) you wish to return. You will be given the option for us to provide you a shipping label (cost will be deducted from return value), provide your own shipping method or if local to the Pearland area you can schedule a time to drop off your return.
 
 
What is Indigo 29’s return policy?
We only offer store credit on returns within 30 days from the date of purchase. Items must be returned unwashedunwornwith tags attached, and free of any damages (makeup, smoke, pet hair, etc.). Items marked as FINAL SALE are not eligible for return. 
 
 
Oh no! My order arrived damaged, what should I do?
If you received a damaged or defective item, please email Indigo29CS@gmail.com with your order number and description (including picture) of the damaged item. The damaged item must be unworn with tags still attached.
 
  
Can I request a restock of an item if it is sold out?
When your favorite item sells out before you are able to purchase, there will be an option to "REQUEST A RESTOCK". By submitting your restock request, you will be notified by email or text-message as soon as the product becomes available again!
