RETURN POLICY

If for some reason you are not 100% satisfied with your order (we hope you will be!). We accept returns within 15 days of delivery date of unworn, unwashed, undamaged or defective merchandise purchased on our site in exchange of store credit (AS OF 09/10/2021). 

 

RETURN CONDITIONS:

  • Any reduced-price items of 30% off or more or merchandise marked “SALE" or "Final Sale" cannot be returned.
  • Pre-Orders are final sale.
  • Body Suits are final sale.
  • Bralettes are final sale.
  • Accessories are final sale.
  • Mystery Sales/Bundles
  • Items with price ending in .99 ARE FINAL SALE!
  • All original tags must be attached. 
  • Please allow 3-5 business days for return processing.
  • Store Credit does not expire
  • ***Unfortunately, you will not receive credit if items are defected and/or not in original condition + a shipping fee will be charged to your account in order to ship the item(s) back to you.


To start a return, you can contact us at Indigo29CS@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be given store credit.
