WE OFFER $5 STANDARD DOMESTIC SHIPPING!

SHIPPING INFO:

  • We have $5 SHIPPING for all domestic orders!
  • FREE SHIPPING on all domestic orders of $80 or more!
  • Priority Rush Delivery or Overnight: Please email us Indigo29CS@gmail.com for pricing and info.
  • Shipping labels are printed and processed 1-3 days prior to orders shipping.
  • You will receive an automatic email notification with the tracking number for your order. Tracking is included on all domestic orders and can take up to 24 hours to update.
  • Orders placed Friday-Sunday will ship the following Business Day.

POSSIBLE DELAYS:

  • You will receive a notification if there is any reason your order may be delayed or cancelled. 
  • There may be delays due to weather, holidays, and UPS/USPS delays that are beyond our control!

SHIPPING TO CANADA:

We are not responsible for any in international duties/taxes/tariffs charged to customers upon international delivery. If packages are declined or returned back to us, you will be refunded your order value minus the international shipping cost.

  • We have SHIPPING for $12 CAD on all Canadian orders!
  • FREE SHIPPING on Canadian orders of $150 or more!

SHIPPING TO MEXICO:

We are not responsible for any in international duties/taxes/tariffs charged to customers upon international delivery. If packages are declined or returned back to us, you will be refunded your order value minus the international shipping cost.

  • We have SHIPPING for $250 Pesos on all Mexican orders!

UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES:

If the address you provided is incorrect and/or unable to be delivered, the customer is responsible for any additional postage needed. An additional flat rate of $8 will be charged to the customer to re-deliver any order that was placed with an incorrect or undeliverable shipping address.

LOCAL PICKUP | PEARLAND, TX:

We have a Local Pickup option for those in the Pearland, TX area. Please email Indigo29CS@gmail.com to schedule a pickup time and date. Pickup will be available on Wednesdays and Fridays from 3pm to 6pm.
